DEBYESc's sole obligation and the purchaser's exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to DEBYEScrS satisfaction to bedefective or nonconforming shall be returm of such products to DEBYESclI, and refund of the purchase price actually paid therefore bythe purchaser. DEBYESci shall not be subject to any other obligations or liabilities.

Returns:
The buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and inform Debyesci of any shortage or damage within 15 days. Debyesci mustauthorize any returns. We will ot accept returm shipments unless we have given prior wrilten permission and shipping instrucions.
Goods may not be retuned for credit except with our permission, and then only in strict compliance with our return shipment instuc-tions. Any returned ilems may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. in many cases,ilems ordered in error cannot be returned because ofthe sensitive nature of many of our products and the difficulty and expense of requalifying returned iems. If ilems are acceplted forreturn, they must be in new, unopened,unused and undamaged condition, and you will be charged a per-unit 20% restocking charge.
