Payment Terms
All orders are subject to credit approval. Terms of sale are net 30 days from date of invoice for approved accounts.
International wiring Sender needs to pay their bank (and intermediate bank charges if applicable) 
fees, and no Intermediate Bank is necessary.

Prices 
All prices are stated in US Dollars and are EXW price. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. 
Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipment will be made promptly even if 
prices have been nominally increased. Any reduction in price will be automatically applied to your invoice.

Return Policy
Users should inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the vendor of any shortage, damage or quality problem within 7 days. Return shipment will not be accepted without prior authorization, 
except for those defective or non-conforming products in strict compliance with Debyesci return shipment instructions. 
Advance contact with Debyesci is required. Certain items and quantities may not be returned 
in any circumstances. These items include, but are not limited to: damaged or leaked reagents, refrigerated or 
frozen products, reagents which have passed their expiration dates, custom synthesized products or special orders, 
products missing labels, unpacked products. Any returned items except those defective items may be subject to
 a 25% processing, shipping, and re-analysis fee with the minimum no less than USD$50, and must be
 returned within 40 days of purchase.

Debyesci's products may be covered by application or process patents. 
The Purchaser is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from the use of our products.
